Ralph has been involved in the Affiliate field for over seven years, originally starting life as a small time Affiliate at the tender age of 16, moving into Affiliate Programme management for a couple of Merchants. After a chance conversation Ralph decided to establish Thornton Consultancy Ltd with his brother and fellow Director, Conrad.

Ralph is a fundamental thinker who likes to put his whole into any project he is involved with and is a true believe that you can build a solid business purely through Affiliate Marketing.

James Ash
In 2000 James Established tonzo.co.uk to address the need for high quality, great value services for mobile phones from ring tones to logos for nokia mobile phones. Tonzo was one of the very first websies in the United Kingdom to sell content for mobiles, later in 2002 they added free sms to allow users of the website to send free text messages to mobiles world wide in retrun for for users of the website seeing affiliate adverts.
